As I took a look back at our summer on the blog thus far, I was taken aback by the number of travel guides, room reveals, and heavily thoughtful content we’ve created – that I was shocked to realize we were missing a topic I enjoy reading most – product recommendations! Which brings me to today’s post all about the best straight-leg jean for petite ladies

When I find something that works, I’m all for spreading the word.

I first purchased my Madewell ‘Perfect Summer’ High Rise Ankle Jeans two months ago. They quickly became the best straight-legged jean I’ve ever owned! 

Now I’m sharing with all my petite friends – because these jeans are a gamechanger! 

Today there are so many options both in-store and at online retailers that finding the perfect pair of jeans for a five-two frame can feel like finding a needle in a haystack. 

 Prior to finding my perfect pair, I searched long and hard for a pair of straight-leg jeans that were in fact straight. From $30 jeans to $300 jeans I’ve struck out across the board. Some were just too roomy from the thigh down, while others were super skinny in the thigh and tapered down to a cut closer to a boot. 

For years I stuck with dark washed skinny jeans because others left me with an overall undone appearance. Until now!  

So The Best Straight-Leg Jean For Petite Ladies are by Madewell jeans and in fact are called the ‘Perfect Summer’ Jean for a reason. With a price tag of under $100, I purchased two pairs just in case one pair was in the wash.

Whether I’m exploring New England for fun or embracing ‘Jean Fridays’ with Matt, the ideal slim straight-leg fit and vintage wash style gives me the confidence and comfort to move with all day. Above I styled my favorite jeans with a tucked in an oxford shirt and a pair of heels for a complete look!
