Today I figured it’s about time to share a fall dessert recipe with you all! I went through so many recipes and decided to go with this Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread. I picked this recipe because 1) I’ve never done a bread before & 2) pumpkin! So I’m here to tell you this bread was a HUGE success, my roommates and I have been going at the loafs for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

I was a little hesitant about baking a bread because I haven’t thus far, but it was the easiest baking I have ever done. If you are a beginner baker this recipe is perfect for you to take on.

What You Need

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

2 cups canned pumpkin

1 & 1/2 cup canola oil

one bag of semisweet chocolate chips.

Time to Bake:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour into two greased 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Yield: 2 loaves (16 slices each).

So quick, so easy & so fall! xx. A
