Last month my Mom and I drove to East Canaan to visit Freund’s Farm—we've been interested in checking out this farm for over a year now. Freund’s Farm is a 3rd generation @connecticutdairy farm that was established in 1949. In addition to the cows, this family farm also has an impressive farm market and garden center. We spent a good hour just exploring the blooming garden center filled with perennials, herbs, and hanging flowers. Not to mention their farm market that was stocked with delicious treats, chicken pot pies, and planting supplies.

Once we finished stocking up on vegetables for our garden, Amanda, @cowpotsgirl, was kind enough to let me greet all the cows and she shared with me the importance of sustainability and cow care for dairy farmers. Our @connecticutdairy and @newenglanddairy farmers are using innovative technology to produce fresh, high-quality milk while caring for the planet and for their cows. At Freund’s Farm, they have automatic robotic milking machines which enable the cows to choose their own milking schedule. I also learned about their invention of CowPots. These biodegradable, seed-starting planting pots are crafted out of composted, odorless manure solids. Today on the blog, I’m sharing more pictures from my visit at Freund Farm. I’m constantly thankful 🤗☕️for @dunkin’s Sip Me Ups promotion, from now until June 22nd - all Medium hot or iced lattes / cappuccinos are $3 from 2 PM - 6 PM.

Busy season is upon us @mrtrophyshop 🏆! With graduations, baseball tournaments, dance recitals and summer festivals, the mornings fly by, come the afternoon I really need a caffeine, pick me up to get me through our longer than normal day shift before the holiday weekend!

Yesterday, Matt was kind enough to grab me an iced latte, with whole milk - no sugar, on my break. So are you an afternoon coffee drinker like me? Personally I usually grab an iced coffee in the morning and a small or medium latte at 3 PM in the afternoon. #DunkinCT (ad)

Thank you for the birthday wishes 🥳🎂❤️! Today I turned twenty-seven and can’t believe how much has changed since this time last year. Every year I write an annual birthday post, which is often one of my favorites to write ✍🏻 💬 as I take a quick look back at the year and set an intention for what’s to come. Spending this rain Memorial Day weekend at home, doing all the rain day things. Excited for the New England summer to come and finally having some travel on the agenda.
