A New Englander's Guide to Last-Minute Hostess Gifts[outfit_details]

Today we’re here to share our New Englander’s Guide to Last-Minute Hostess Gifts!

Sleigh Advent Calendar

Does your host go all out with holiday decor? If so, I have the perfect Last-Minute Hostess Gifts for you to wrap up and bring. I suggest bringing a wooden advent calendar from Anthropologie! You can’t go wrong with the unique advent calendar options like this snowy house number.

Gingerbread Juice Glasses

Pick four gingerbread-patterned juice glasses or mix and match of gingerbread, Christmas trees, and snowmen for the perfect holiday drinkware host gift!

Santa Measuring Cups

Hosts likely enjoy to cooking or baking. So, I love gifting small seasonal kitchen items with a bag of gingerbread mix or cranberry apple muffin mix. It’s a fun, affordable way to say thank you with a nod to holiday cheer.

Christmas Water Lanterns

These were a must for me to include in my hostess gift guide! Recently, my Mom gifted me with the Christmas Village water lantern. Every time I look over at it, I can’t help but smile. The lantern makes a festive statement on any mantel, side table, or kitchen counter – especially at night when it’s lit! Some additional holiday lantern options: a snowman, Santa with puppies, and Santa in a vintage Ford.

Down The Hatch Holiday Cocktail Napkins

For a cheeky hostess gift, I recommend an August Morgan cocktail napkin design. They’re the perfect complement to any bar cart! I first heard of the designer when I was living in Dallas and I have to say they do make the perfect Last-Minute Hostess Gifts!

Holiday ChappyWrap

By far, my most complimented gift has been the ChappyWrap blankets I’ve given. It’s a piece I’ve personally owned for years. Not only are they wicked cozy, but they’re also lightweight and wash like a dream. Eloise loves a ChappyWrap too! She’s been known to leave her fur behind but, all I do is throw the ChappyWrap in the wash and it comes out perfect. I recommend this as a gift for a household with children too!

The Grinch Cookie Cutter Kit

Cookie cutters are the gift that keeps on giving! If I’m headed to relatives for an overnight holiday stay, I’ll often bring a William Sonoma’s cookie-cutter kit as a gift for the host and activity for after dinner! Each year William Sonoma comes out with new kits. This year I’m particularly fond of The Nutcracker Kit and The Harry Potter Kit!

Oversized The Night Before Christmas

Sometimes the simpler the gift, the better – especially for a hostess that has it all! For me, finding coffee table books or unique pieces is a great way to show appreciation while spreading holiday cheer. If you’re headed to an inlaw’s house for the first time or a family member who has everything – pick up the oversize heirloom edition of the classic holiday poem, It’s lavishly illustrated by renowned artist Charles Santore!
